Using our services means that you agree to subscribe to our newsletter and promotional or marketing materials, or other information that we may send you. However, you can unsubscribe from receiving any of these communications by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link or by sending an email to support@virtualcoursesnow.com.

Purchases 

If you wish to purchase any services available from us via purchase, it may be necessary for you to provide certain information related to the purchase process such as your credit or debit card number, expiration date of your card, billing address and shipping information. 

By providing such information you warrant and guarantee the following:

1. You have the legal right to use any payment card or other payment method utilized in any purchase made on our website.
2. You warrant and guarantee that all information you provide is true and complete.
3. We may utilize third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payments and completing purchases, by providing such information you grant us the right to provide such information to the relevant third-party, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at any time for various reasons including, but not limited to: availability of service, errors in description or pricing of the service, error in your order or other reasons. 
5. We also reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or illegal or unauthorized transactions.

Competitions, Giveaways, and Promotions

Competitions, giveaways and promotional offers are subject to any separate terms applicable to such competitions, giveaways or promotional offers (all collectively referred to as “Promotional Offers”) available through our Service. If you participate in any Promotional Offers, please make sure to review the relevant rules of the competition and our Privacy Policy as well. In the event of any conflict between the Promotional Offer rules and our Terms of Service, the Promotional Offer’s terms will be implemented.

Return Policy 

Returned funds are issued for training courses within 3 days of the original purchase date for the course. Refer to our Refund Policy page for more details. Participation in the course cannot be substituted with activities that have already been conducted.

Content 

Content contained in the service or provided through it belongs to Virtual Course Now and is used with permission. You are not allowed to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, republish, copy or use the content either fully or partially for commercial or personal gain without written explicit consent from us. 

Prohibited Uses 

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms:

1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
2. For the purpose of exploiting, or attempting to exploit, minors or other vulnerable persons, or exposing them to inappropriate or harmful content.

8. Take any action that may damage or falsify the Company’s rating.
9. In addition to any attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

Not Available To Minors

This service is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you agree and acknowledge that your age is at least 18, and that you have full power, right and authority to enter into this Agreement and be bound by all its terms and conditions. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

Accounts

When you create a new account with us, you guarantee that your age is over 18 and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times. Inaccurate or incomplete or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account on the service. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer or your account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions taken under your account or password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You are not allowed to use any other person’s name or entity as a user name or unavailable legally, or any name or trademark subject to the rights of any other person or entity than you, without appropriate permission. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content or modify orders at our own discretion.

The original service and content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functions are and will remain the exclusive property of The Virtual Now, protected by copyright, trademark, and other foreign laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any service without prior written consent from The Virtual Now.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and our policy is to respond to any alleged infringement of copyrights or other intellectual property rights “infringement” by any person or entity. 

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent on behalf, and believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send your notice through email to support@virtualcoursesnow.com, with the subject line “Copyright Infringement” and include a detailed description of your claim of alleged infringement in accordance with the following “Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement under The Digital Millennium Copyright Act”. 

You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) incurred as a result of your misrepresentation or bad faith claims of infringement on copyrights.

Reporting Bugs and Feedback

You may submit to us either directly at support@virtualcoursesnow.com or through third-party sites and tools with relevant information (“Comments relating to errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our services”). You agree and acknowledge the following: 

1. You shall not retain or acquire or confirm any intellectual property rights or any other right or title to the comments 
2. The Company may have similar development ideas to the comments
3. The comments shall not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or from any third party
4. The Company is not obligated to maintain confidentiality with respect to the commentsIn case of incapacity to transfer ownership of the comments due to mandatory laws

Our Service may contain links to other sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Virtual Courses Now. Virtual Courses Now does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 

For example: Terms of Use was created with PolicyMaker.io, a free web application for creating high-quality legal documents, and PolicyMaker is an easy to use, free tool for creating a standard model of Terms of Service for a website or blog or ecommerce store or app.

You agree that the Company shall not be liable or responsible directly or indirectly for any damage or loss alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, services, websites or services of any third party. 

We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party sites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The services provided by the Company are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and the Company does not make any representations or warranties of any kind either express or implied with respect to its operation of such services or information, content, materials included therein. Nothing herein shall affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt, which will prevail over this Agreement despite any contradiction with the provisions of law. 

A failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, if any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and constitute our complete agreement with respect to our service and supersede any prior agreements between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service and any material or services made available through the service without notice. We shall not be liable for any unavailability of all or part of the service at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to parts of or all of the service, including registered users.

Changes to the Terms
