 المشتريات

لو كنت عايز تشتري أي خدمة متاحة من جانبنا لك عن طريق الشراء، ممكن يُطلب منك تقديم معلومات معينة مرتبطة بعملية الشراء زي مثلاً:  رقم بطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم الخاصة بك، وتاريخ انتهاء صلاحية بطاقتك، عنوان إرسال الفواتير ومعلومات الشحن الخاصة بك.

أنت تقر وتضمن الآتي: 

1. إنك تملك الحق القانوني في استخدام أي بطاقات دفع أو طريقة دفع أخرى قمت باستخدامها في أي عملية شراء تمت على موقعنا.
2. إنك تضمن إن كل المعلومات التي سجلتها معانا صحيحة وكاملة.
3. يجوز لنا استخدام خدمات الطرف الثالث بهدف  تسهيل الدفع وإتمام عمليات الشراء، من خلال تقديم معلوماتك، وده يعني إنك بتدينا الحق في تقديم المعلومات دي للطرف التالت ده، وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
4. نحتفظ بحقنا في رفض أو إلغاء طلبك في أي وقت لأسباب زي مثلاُ على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: توفر الخدمة، أو أخطاء في وصف أو سعر الخدمة، أو خطأ في طلبك أو لأسباب تانية.
5. نحتفظ بحقنا في رفض أو إلغاء طلبك في حالة الاشتباه في احتيال أو معاملة غير مصرح بها أو غير قانونية.

المسابقات واليانصيب والعروض الترويجية

تخضع أي مسابقات أو مسابقات اليانصيب أو  أي عروض ترويجية ثانية (كلهم يشار إليهم بإسم “العروض الترويجية”) متوفرة من خلال خدمتنا لقواعد منفصلة عن شروط الخدمة دي، فلو كنت بتشارك في أي عروض ترويجية، متنساش مراجعة القواعد المعمول بها في المسابقة وكمان سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، وفي حالة تعارض قواعد العرض الترويجي مع شروط خدمتنا دي، هيتم تطبيق قواعد العرض الترويجي.

المبالغ المستردة

يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة للدورات التدريبية في خلال  3 أيام  من تاريخ الشراء الأصلي للدورة، ارجع لصفحة سياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بنا عشان تعرف تفاصيل أكتر.

 المحتوى

يعتبر المحتوى الموجود في الخدمة دي أو المقدم من خلالها ملكًا لـ Virtual Course Now ، يتم استخدامه بإذن، ولا يجوز لك توزيع المحتوى المذكور أو تعديله أو إرساله أو إعادة استخدامه أو تنزيله أو إعادة نشره أو نسخه أو استخدامه، سواء كليًا أو جزئيًا، وسواء كان لأغراض تجارية أو لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية، بدون إذن كتابي صريح مسبق منا.

الاستخدامات المحظورة

لا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة إلا للأغراض القانونية ووفقًا للشروط، فأنت توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة:

1. بأي طريقة تنتهك أي قانون أو لائحة وطنية أو دولية معمول بها.
2. أو بهدف استغلال القاصرين أو محاولة استغلالهم أو إيذائهم بأي شكل من الأشكال بتعريضهم لمحتوى غير لائق أو ما إلى ذلك.
3. لنقل أو تدبير إرسال أي مواد إعلانية أو ترويجية، بما في ذلك أي “بريد غير مرغوب فيه” أو “رسالة متسلسلة” أو “بريد عشوائي” أو أي طلب آخر مشابه.
4. انتحال أو محاولة انتحال شخصية شركة أو موظف في الشركة أو مستخدم أو أي شخص أو كيان آخر.
5. بأي طريقة تنتهك حقوق الآخرين، أو بأي شكل من الأشكال الغير قانونية أو التهديدية أو الاحتيالية أو ضارة، أو فيما يخص أي غرض أو نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو ضار.
6. المشاركة في أي سلوك آخر يقيد أو يمنع أي شخص من استخدام أو التمتع بالخدمة، أو بأي شكل غير اللي حددناه، ممكن يضر أو ​​يسيء للشركة أو مستخدمي الخدمة أو يعرضهم للمسؤولية.

بالإضافة لده، فإنك توافق على عدم:

1.  استخدام الخدمة بأي طريقة يمكن أن تعطل الخدمة أو تثقل كاهلها أو تتلفها أو تضعفها أو تتداخل مع استخدام أي طرف آخر للخدمة، بما في ذلك قدرته على الاندماج في أنشطة في الوقت الفعلي من خلال الخدمة.

3. استخدام أي عملية يدوية لمراقبة أو نسخ أي مادة من المواد الموجودة على الخدمة أو لأي هدف تاني غير مصرح به بدون موافقة كتابية مسبقة منا.
4. استخدام أي جهاز أو برنامج أو روتين يتعارض مع العمل السليم للخدمة.
5. إدخال أي فيروسات أو أي مواد أخرى أخرى مشابهة ضارة تقنيًا.
6. محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لأي جزء من أجزاء الخدمة أو الخادم اللي تم تخزين الخدمة عليه أو أي خادم أو كمبيوتر أو قاعدة بيانات متصلة بالخدمة أو التدخل فيها أو إتلافها أو تعطيلها.
7. خدمة الهجوم عن طريق هجوم رفض الخدمة أو هجوم رفض الخدمة الموزع.
8. اتخاذ أي إجراء من شأنه الإضرار بتصنيف الشركة أو تزويره.
9. بالإضافة لأي محاولة للتدخل في العمل السليم للخدمة.

التحليلات

ممكن نستخدم مزودي خدمة تابعين لجهات خارجية لمراقبة وتحليل استخدام خدمتنا.

لا فائدة من قبل القصر

الخدمة مخصصة فقط للوصول والاستخدام للأفراد اللي أعمارهم متقلش عن 18 سنة، خلال الوصول إلى الخدمة أو استخدامها، فإنت تتعهد وتقر بأن عمرك لا يقل عن (18) سنة، وإنك بتتمتع بالسلطة والحق والقدرة الكاملة للدخول في الاتفاقية دي والالتزام بجميع البنود وشروطها، فلو عمرك كان أقل من 18 سنة، فيُحظر عليك الوصول إلى الخدمة واستخدامها.

الحسابات

لما تعمل حساب جديد معانا، فإنت بتضمن إن عمرك فوق الـ 18 سنة، وأن المعلومات التي بتقدمها لنا دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة في كل الأوقات، المعلومات غير الدقيقة أو غير الكاملة أو القديمة ممكن تؤدي للإنهاء الفوري لحسابك على الخدمة.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وكلمة المرور، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تقييد الوصول إلى جهاز الكمبيوتر أو الحساب الخاص بك، أنت توافق على قبول المسؤولية عن أي وجميع الأنشطة أو الإجراءات اللي بتتم تحت حسابك أو كلمة مرورك، سواء كانت كلمة مرورك مع خدمتنا أو خدمة طرف ثالث، ولازم تبلغنا فوراً في حالة معرفتك بوجود أي خرق للأمن أو استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك.

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الخدمة أو إنهاء الحسابات أو إزالة المحتوى أو تعديله أو إلغاء الطلبات وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص.

الملكية الفكرية

 إشعار وإجراءات قانون الألفية الجديدة لحقوق طبع ونشر المواد الرقمية بشأن دعاوى انتهاك حقوق النشر

يمكنك إرسال إشعار وفقًا لقانون الألفية للملكية الرقمية (DMCA) من خلال تزويد وكيل حقوق الطبع والنشر بالمعلومات التالية كتابيًا شوف  (17 U.S.C 512(c)(3)  لتفاصيل أكتر.

1. توقيع إلكتروني أو مادي للشخص المخول بالتصرف نيابة عن مالك حقوق الطبع والنشر.

6. إقرار منك، تحت طائلة عقوبة الحنث باليمين، بأن المعلومات الواردة أعلاه في اخطارك دقيقة وأنك مالك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو مخول بالتصرف نيابة عن مالك حقوق النشر.
7. تقدر تتصل بوكيل حقوق الطبع والنشر عندنا من خلال البريد الإلكتروني على support@virtualcoursesnow.com.

الإبلاغ عن الخطأ والملاحظات

تقدر تبعت لنا  إما مباشرة على support@virtualcoursesnow.com أو من خلال مواقع وأدوات الطرف الثالث بالمعلومات (“والتعليقات المتعلقة بالأخطاء، واقتراحات للتحسينات، والأفكار، والمشكلات، والشكاوى، والمسائل الأخرى المتعلقة بخدماتنا التعليقات”). أنت تقر وتوافق على ما يلي:

لا تتحكم الدورات التدريبية الافتراضية الآن ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن المحتوى أو سياسات الخصوصية أو الممارسات الخاصة بأي مواقع أو خدمات ويب تابعة لجهات خارجية، نحن لا نضمن عروض أي من هذه الكيانات أو الأفراد أو مواقعهم الإلكترونية.

أنت تقر وتوافق على أن الشركة لن تكون مسؤولة أو مسؤولة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر عن أي ضرر أو خسارة ناتجة أو يُزعم أنها ناتجة عن أو فيما يتعلق باستخدام أو الاعتماد على أي من هذه المحتويات أو السلع أو الخدمات،  مواقع الويب أو الخدمات الخاصة بطرف ثالث.

ننصحك بشدة بقراءة شروط الخدمة وسياسات الخصوصية لأي مواقع أو خدمات ويب تابعة لأي جهة خارجية تزورها.

إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمان

يتم توفير هذه الخدمات من قبل الشركة على أساس “كما هي” و “حسب توفرها”  حيث لا تقدم الشركة أي إقرارات أو ضمانات من أي نوع  سواء صريحة أو ضمنية، فيما يتعلق بتشغيل خدماتها أو المعلومات أو المحتوى أو المواد المتضمنة فيها،  أنت توافق صراحةً على أن استخدامك لهذه الخدمات ومحتوياتها وأي خدمات أو عناصر تحصل عليها منا هو على مسؤوليتك وحدك.

لا تقدم الشركة أو أي شخص مرتبط بالشركة أي ضمان أو تمثيل فيما يتعلق بكامل الخدمات أو أمنها أو موثوقيتها أو جودتها أو دقتها أو توفرها بدون تحديد ما سبق، لا تقدم الشركة أو أي شخص مرتبط بالشركة أي ضمانات بأن الخدمات أو محتوياتها أو أي خدمات أو عناصر يتم الحصول عليها من خلال الخدمات ستكون دقيقة أو موثوقة أو غير صحيحة أن الخدمات أو الخادم الذي يجعله متاحًا خالٍ من الفيروسات أو المكونات الضارة الأخرى أو أن أي خدمات أو عناصر يتم الحصول عليها من خلال الخدمات ستلبي، احتياجاتك وتوقعاتك.

تتنصل الشركة بموجبه من جميع الضمانات من أي نوع، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية، أو قانونية، أو غير ذلك، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أي ضمانات لقابلية التسويق، وعدم الانتهاك، والملاءمة لغرض معين.

ما سبق لا يؤثر على أي ضمانات لا يمكن استبعادها أو تقييدها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

تحديد المسؤولية

الإنهاء

يجوز لنا إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك ومنع الوصول إلى الخدمة على الفور، دون إشعار مسبق أو مسؤولية، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، لأي سبب من الأسباب ودون حصر، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر خرق الشروط.

التغييرات في الخدمة

نحتفظ بالحق في سحب أو تعديل خدمتنا وأي خدمة أو مادة نقدمها عبر الخدمة، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص دون إشعار، لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية في حالة عدم توفر كل أو جزء من الخدمة لأي سبب من الأسباب في أي وقت أو لأي فترة من وقت لآخر، يجوز لنا تقييد الوصول إلى بعض أجزاء الخدمة، أو الخدمة بأكملها، للمستخدمين، بما في ذلك المستخدمين المسجلين.

التعديلات على الشروط

Competitions, Giveaways, and Promotions

Competitions, giveaways and promotional offers are subject to any separate terms applicable to such competitions, giveaways or promotional offers (all collectively referred to as “Promotional Offers”) available through our Service. Return Policy 

Returned funds are issued for training courses within 3 days of the original purchase date for the course. Refer to our Refund Policy page for more details. Participation in the course cannot be substituted with activities that have already been conducted.

You are not allowed to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, republish, copy or use the content either fully or partially for commercial or personal gain without written explicit consent from us.
